Hand turned here in my Colorado shop. 100% handmade, one-of-a-kind, new and never played with. Matching display stand included.
The uniquely shaped fixed axle yoyo's body is made from a single piece (no glue) of Italian Olivewood, harvested from around the city of Rome. Perfectly balanced, and with excellent "hand-feel", this lathe-turned yoyo art piece measures about 2.25" x 1.55" and weighs 85 grams (3 ounces) with string. Black rubber rings inlaid into each side of the yoyo help absorb accidental impacts with the floor. Each side looks the same, as shown in the front, back and side views.
The matching display is also made from Olivewood, with African Blackwood and Rose Engine accents. At the base of the display, a one-of-a-kind handmade dichroic glass cabochon, measuring 1.30" across, is embedded into the wood. The display measures 2.75" across at the base and stands 5.75" tall.
Please send me a message if you want to purchase the yoyo ($35.00) or display ($100.00) alone.

I make things that spin & go round - stuff that nobody else makes - eclectic, unique, interesting and always different is what I strive for. Many of my lathe turnings are made from exotic and hard to find woods, often embellished with Rose Engine turnings, laminations and encapsulations. Enjoy your visit.
