Hand turned here in my Colorado shop. 100% handmade, one-of-a-kind, new and never played with. Perfectly balanced yoyo with matching display stand.
The satellite shaped fixed axle yoyo's body is made from a single piece (no glue) of East Texas Osage Orange wood, with blue dyed and stabilized Box Elder burl laminated side caps. It measures about 2.30" across, 1.60" thick, and weighs 62 grams with string. Black rubber rings are inlaid into the wood to help keep the yoyo from being damaged if it accidently hits the floor.
The matching display is also made from Osage Orange, with Rose Engine turnings and a working brass fidget spinner fully integrated into the design. The spinner will easily spin for 3 minutes or more. At the base of the display, a one-of-a-kind handmade dichroic glass cabochon, measuring 1.00" across, is embedded into the wood. The display measures 3.00" across at the base and stands 5.50" tall. Please send me a message if you want to purchase the yoyo ($45.00) or display ($100.00) alone.

I make things that spin & go round - stuff that nobody else makes - eclectic, unique, interesting and always different is what I strive for. Many of my lathe turnings are made from exotic and hard to find woods, often embellished with Rose Engine turnings, laminations and encapsulations. Enjoy your visit.
